The MiFi unit will cost you £69.99 up front which seems steep but there are no tie ins, just a 1 month contract and you then pay £15 per month for 5Gb of data.
Being a WiFi modem you can connect more than one device at the same time so you can be merrily surfing away whilst downloading tracks to your ipod.
