Many people are instantly put off graded goods but there is a strict order of grades so that you know exactly what to expect.
Goods that have been Graded A1 must be in as new condition with no defects or faults. They may be in plain packaging or missing driver disks or instruction manuals but basically you get a warranted as new product for a significant discount.
